Hot & Cold Stone Reflexology

As the weather gets chillier, I’m delighted to introduce a new treatment – hot stone reflexology. Incorporating warmed volcanic basalt stones into reflexology treatments infuses warmth into the feet and calves at a deeper level to calm the mind, release muscle tension and bring about a deeper meditative state. The soothing warmth of the stones increases blood circulation and promotes lymph drainage to boost immunity, as well as allowing reflexology to be applied at a deeper and more effective level. Cold stones can also be incorporated into the treatment to reduce areas of inflammation. They are also very effective in easing the symptoms of Hand-Foot Syndrome, a side effect of certain types of chemotherapy. A 60-minute Hot Stone Reflexology treatment is £50. It can also be combined with Advanced Facial Reflexology for a blissful 90-minute session for £85.
