I’m Wendy, a Senior Yoga Teacher in Bromley, teaching at the beautiful . My classes blend mindful movement, strength, breath, a little philosophy, modern movement methods… and the occasional giggle when we wobble together.
Whether you’re brand new, experienced, or a fellow teacher, you’ll find challenge, choice, and space to explore your practice in a way that feels genuine to you.

🧘♀️ Tues 6.30pm - Ashtanga Mysore
(Self-practice, guided by your own breath)
🌙 Tues 8pm - Slow Flow & Restore
(Mindful movement with guided or crystal bowl relaxation)
☀️ Wed 9.30am - Morning Breathe & Flow
(Intentional, energising movement)
🕯️ Fri 7pm - Candlelight Yin & Sound Bath
(Alt. weeks - your softer landing)
Come exactly as you are. All props are provided, all levels welcome. There’s no pressure to achieve a goal or a “peak” posture, just gentle encouragement, curiosity, and space to enjoy the journey… hopefully leaving class smiling and feeling good.
