Just broke up for the school holidays, I'm real sick 😷 I usually love playing around with movement/poses, however stretches such as these just feel immensely great especially when you are low on energy 💚

It took me a while to get both hands with the foot and the balance.

Things take time. Flowers bloom when it's the right time for them. 🌻
