Even after 2 years....and after leading around 140 services......it is still humbling to receive some wonderful emails, cards and messages from the lovely families that I am so fortunate to help through their darkest hours.

Here is one such message that I have literally just received from one such family...that makes all that I do completely worth it 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi Peter,

The family and I would like to thank you so much for the excellent job you did leading Dad’s funeral on Tuesday.

From the very beginning, you showed such care, compassion, and professionalism. You took the time to understand Dad truly and captured his life and personality so beautifully in your words.

The service felt personal, heartfelt, and a true reflection of who he was, which meant a great deal to all of us.

During such a difficult time, your calm presence and guidance made everything feel that little bit easier, and we are incredibly grateful for the support you gave Mum and me throughout.

Thank you again for helping us give Dad the send-off he deserved.

At this time of the year, thoughts and prayers naturally turn to all our loved ones that are no longer with us....and when someone you love dies, it can cause us all a tremendous amount of pain and grief....and you know, grief is very different for us all.

So, please take care of yourselves...and remember that the light has not gone out...it has only taken a new shape which will continue to guide you through.
