When the coin lands,
💡 Pay attention to your immediate emotion.
Not the thoughts that come after,
just the very first feeling.

That first emotion = your truth.
Everything after = procrastination & doubt

Example: You’re torn between staying in 🍲 or going out 🍽️…
Heads = stay in
Tails = go out

You can use this for bigger, more impactful decisions too.
