Still some spaces left for next Sunday’s Sound Relaxation with me!

There are a lot of sound baths, sound meditations popping up lately.
But what makes mine so unique and special is I have the experience that I have mastered over time to fully create an immersive relaxing sound journey, so you get an experience where you know you are in safe and caring hands.

I value and respect sound and all the instruments I play and all the magic it can truly give to others.

I prepare, tune in and hold the space with so much love that everyone feels it.

And why do I go to so much effort because I love that I can do this, and allow others to experience the magic and beauty of sound in its true essence.

So come along as you are and relax in to the sounds and into the evening, and get your week off to the best start 😊✨

Had yet another amazing time with Karen, hosting and running a 60th birthday event in Worthing!

We done everything from planning and organising beforehand, to setting ourselves up, to sorting playlists and music (basically being dj’s 😉), to teaching and leading dances, to make sure fun fun fun was had by everyone……and you know what mission accomplished 😊!

It’s always lovely to see so many people up giving line dancing a go and laughing! Even those ones that say, “I don’t do line dancing”, or “line dancing isn’t for me”, or “I can’t line dance”. Everyone always has a great time and we come away with such lovely feedback.

We are now taking bookings for next year, let’s go 🤠🥳!

Line dancing really can be so much fun!

This week has been a blast teaching Lurking in the Dark by Tina Argyle.

Everyone has laughed so much and seeing the joy, fun and smiles on everyones faces has touched my heart and has given me a real boost as an instructor in line dancing, as only 16 weeks ago I had my surgery.

So enjoy watching and if you have fmo then why not come along yourself 😊🤠!
