Here are some pictures of Daniel Laurent, our Managing Director, meeting up with SOME of our long standing candidates who have been with us since the start.

It’s very easy for people to join the party once it’s already begun and is in full swing, but it means a lot for people to see the potential at the beginning and put their faith in you, when at that point you had nothing to show but your vision.

It’s vital that as your business grows, you do not forget the few individuals that helped you achieve what you initially had planned.

Yesterday Daniel spent the entire day focused purely on SOME of the existing candidates and clients that we have been working with over the past 8 months. There were of course a few people that were a little camera shy.

To all of our candidates and clients, we just want to say a huge thank you and that we appreciate everything you have done for Rota Support thus far, it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Proud to deliver results that make a difference. Grateful for thoughtful feedback from valued clients and candidates.

🛡️ It’s Child Safety Week, a crucial time to shine a spotlight on the small actions that make a big difference in keeping children safe.

At Rota Support, we believe that protecting children is a shared responsibility. Whether it’s in homes, schools, online, or in our communities, every child deserves to grow up in a safe and nurturing environment.

This week, we’re joining forces with parents, caregivers, educators, and professionals to raise awareness around everyday risks — and how we can prevent them through knowledge, vigilance, and care.

Let’s work together to create safer spaces for every child to learn, play, and thrive. 💛

Each year often focuses on a different theme, like anxiety, loneliness, or movement, to highlight specific aspects of mental health. Would you like info on this year’s theme?

The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 in the UK is “Community.” running from 12 to 18 May. Organised by the Mental Health Foundation, this year’s focus highlights the vital role that supportive communities play in fostering mental well-being and resilience.

Why “Community” Matters

Being part of a positive, safe, and connected community can provide:
• Emotional support during challenging times
• A sense of belonging and purpose
• Opportunities for connection, reducing feelings of isolation
• Shared experiences that promote understanding and empathy

The campaign encourages individuals and organisations to reflect on how community—whether local, online, or workplace-based—can strengthen mental health.

National Nurses Day highlights the crucial role that nurses play in our healthcare system. It takes the lead on celebrating national nurses' week which takes place over the birthday of Florence Nightingale, a historical hero in nursing. This time is to honor our nurses and the importance of their vital work.
This is a time for us all to provide the recognition and thanks to nurses' contributions to healthcare. Nurses are often the first point of care in hospitals and play a crucial role in patient recovery.
They work tireless hours, often under overwhelming conditions, to provide care and kindness to those in need. Nurses Day is a way for everyone to express gratitude for nurses' tireless efforts.

08/05/2025

On this VE Day, we pause to remember the bravery and sacrifice of those who secured peace in Europe on May 8th, 1945. Their legacy of resilience, unity, and determination continues to inspire us. Today, we honor their courage and reflect on the values that shaped a better future
