We’re excited to be hosting the very first Older Persons’ Independent Living Show on Thursday 2nd October, 10am–3pm at Bromley FC.

This free community event will bring together local organisations, charities, and services, offering practical advice, information, and activities that support older people to live safely, happily, and independently.

Our Rainbow Smoothie Bar was a full-on summer celebration, flower garlands, fancy straws, fruity madness, and smiles that could blend a mango on their own.
Everyone picked their fruits, struck their poses, and sipped their way into holiday mode… all without leaving Bromley. 😎🍓

Because sometimes, the best care comes with a cocktail umbrella.

We traded our walking sticks for wellies (sort of).
A beautiful day at the farm where hands were held, sheep were greeted, and rabbits basically stole the show.
Turns out, joy grows just as well in open fields.

Christine turned 81… and we turned the football ground into a full-blown birthday picnic!
Laughter, love, gifts, hugs, and a whole lot of sunshine. Our wonderful members even brought cards and presents—because at Rainbow, we’re not just a club… we’re family.
