🧘🏽♀️ This session includes gentle movements to release muscular tension, restorative yoga to calm your nervous system, and the deep meditative practice of Yoga Nidra - Yogic Sleep. Allowing your whole body and mind to find stillness, quiet and rest.
😴 Yoga Nidra known as ‘Yogic Sleep’ is a form of guided meditation, where you fall into a deep state of relaxation, when you are totally relaxed, but not asleep.
😴 It is a powerful sleepy technique to calm the nervous system, slow down brain waves, quieten the breath and instil a sense of complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation to one’s being.
