At Nightingales, we believe that great care starts with great people — and we’re proud to prove it.

In an industry where staff turnover is common, we’re celebrating something rare: 20 of our amazing team members have each been with us for over 10 years. Some for more than 30! 💙

Last month, our founders Nick and Sarah Bruce honoured their dedication with a special lunch at Chapter One Restaurant, a small way to say a big thank you.

As a family-run care provider with homes in Bromley and Reigate and a respected home care agency across the South East, we know that staff loyalty leads to exceptional care. That’s why we’ve introduced shared ownership, because when our team feels valued and empowered, our clients feel the difference.

As 2024 comes to a close, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the amazing carers for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. Your efforts make a world of difference, and we truly appreciate everything you do.

We also want to extend our warmest wishes to all our carers, clients, and their families for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May this festive season bring joy, peace, and love to you all.

Good morning, everyone.

Many of you may have already heard the heartbreaking news about Little Poppy, whose cancer has returned for the fourth time.

In honor of Poppy, we are organizing a fundraising fun day at Nettlestead Care Home to help ease the financial burden on her family, allowing them to cherish their time together.

Poppy is only 5 years old and has bravely battled cancer three times before.
Sadly, it has returned for a fourth time, and she will now be receiving palliative care.

If you would like to donate items for raffle prizes, please send me a message or email Paige at Paige.lyons@nightingales.co.uk.

Everyone is welcome to join us in supporting Darling Poppy and her family.
