⭐️ P L E A S E R E A D⭐️
It is with great sadness that I have decided to stop running Little Pickles. Tomorrow 4th November will be the last session.
This has been a hard decision and I feel like I am letting you down but I have to do what is right for my family and myself.
It’s a shame as we are just approaching our 1 Year Anniversary. I set Little Pickles up last year just after lockdown to help parents/carers to get out the house with your little ones and bring the community together. I have never made massive amounts of money from doing it but it was never about that anyway.
Those of you that know me will know that I have 3 children under 5. So on the morning of Little Pickles I have to get all three of them out the house (which is hard work in itself 😂) one to school and then the other two come with me to the group. As you know children can be unpredictable so things don’t always go to plan so setting up and clearing away can be challenging to say the least. This is one of my reasons for stopping.
I am also starting University in January with this in mind, looking after 3 children, running a house, working part time, keeping some time free for myself to run 🏃🏻♀️ (which keeps me sane 😂) Something has to give and unfortunately it’s Little Pickles.
I feel Little Pickles has gone as far as I can take it on my own. I had ideas of where the group could have been improved but unfortunately they were impossible to do on my own especially with my children present.
Thank you to each and everyone of you who have supported Little Pickles, been to group, donated toys and for your recommendations.
A special mention to a few of my friends (you know who you are) who have helped keep the group going with me for this long.
As I have A-LOT of toys I will be doing a toy sale at the hall (date to be confirmed). The toys that were donated will be given away for free and the ones I purchased I will be selling. Anything that is left I will give to charity or to another stay and play.
Thank you for your understanding,
Charlotte x
