VHK Women's Health Clinic will always discuss lifestyle management with our clients. HRT is often seen as the sole hero, however to maximise our health and feel well, we should be looking at the whole picture. The 4 pillars of good health are simple:

2. Varied exercise
3. Improving our sleep hygiene
4. Ensuring we allow our mental well being to thrive
