So, what actually *is* reiki?, I hear you ask...

🌿Reiki means 'Life-Force Energy'

🌿Reiki is an ancient Japanese method of healing that promotes the body's own ability to heal itself.

🌿Reiki is gentle and non invasive, with the practitioner's hands placed on or just above the body.

🌿Reiki balances, heals and harmonises a person physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

🌿Reiki is a wonderfully relaxing experience and can help with a wide range of issues.

Hi! Come on in, make yourself comfy and get ready for a beautiful experience...

I'm Kelly, and I discovered reiki several years ago when I realised that I could feel energy around me in the Earth and in other people.
I know... it sounds odd. At the time, I thought it was too. But the more I learned, the more I realised that connecting to this 'Universal Life Force Energy' was a way of self healing. I went on to train as a Reiki Practitioner, and I now offer reiki treatments to all. Get in touch to see how I can help you!
