Growth plate injuries are one of the most serious concerns for young athletes ⚽️🎾 🏃🏾‍♂️ 🏃🏻 🏃‍♀️

Unlike adults, children’s bones are still developing, making them more vulnerable to specific types of injuries.

The good news? Most are preventable with proper education and training! 📚

As a sports physiotherapist working with young athletes, I see these injuries far too often. But here’s what every parent and coach needs to know... 👆
