Immune boosting blend of essential oils. Immunity is the final line of defence against disease. Poor nutrition, lack of exercise, stress and other lifestyle issues all place extra strain on our body’s ability to function well. This blend helps to support a compromised immune system and the oils are strongly antimicrobial, helping the body to fight off infection.
Ingredients: makes 30ml (1 fl oz) Grapeseed oil 2 tbsp, Lavendar essential oil 2 drops, Niaouli essential oil 2 drops, Rosemary essential oil 2 drops. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl then transfer the blend to a sterilised dark glass bottle and seal with a cap or dropper, ready for use. Store the blend in a cool, dark place. It will keep for up to 3 months. ❤️

Try connecting to the present moment and adapting to it in a way that feels healthy and supports your core values. For instance, on public transport, as the vehicle moves off, and until the next stop, focus on the flow of your breath. Feel the space within your body as the breath finds its way in & out. However crowded the vehicle, you can have a sense of space just by following your breath ❤️
