Unlock your full potential with one simple trick: optimal breathing! šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø

🫁Most people breathe shallowly, into their upper chest.

šŸ’ŖThis limits oxygen intake, which fuels 90% of our energy!

In my work, we always start by optimising breathing and it makes a HUGE difference for clients.

They experience better sleep, movement, and reduced pain!

I’d love to know…Are you belly breathing or chest breathing?

ā˜ŗļøWe can’t change what we don’t notice.

āŒØļøComment below and let’s chat! šŸ’¬

IS THIS YOU? šŸ¤”

I’m working on something new and I’m super curious to hear more about what people are ACTUALLY feeling these days.

Lately, I’ve been chatting with lots of awesome people who seem to ā€œhave it allā€ on the outside - successful careers, cool lives - but shared with me that on the inside, they’re feeling a little lost and unfulfilled, whether that’s in their work, relationships, hobbies etc

If this resonates with you at all, I’d love to chat for 30 minutes and hear your story (safe private space, I promise!)

I’m only looking for 5 people for this round of research, so comment below or DM me and we can book in for a chat 🫶

I’m glad to be back sharing with you.

Drop a šŸ™‹šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø and say hi! 🫶

Unlock your body’s full potential with Be Activated! šŸ’„

Be Activated is all about breath and movement – both are essential for survival.

The way we breathe and move also indicates the state of our nervous system, they are influencing each other all of the time.

When our nervous system is overloaded, we breathe and move differently leading to compensation patterns, resulting in pain and poor performance.

Be Activated offers a unique solution that resets the nervous system and corrects these undesirable patterns.

This is done by making physical changes to the body which also impacts the nervous system and our mental state.

Experience…

āœ…improved mobility
āœ…reduced pain
āœ…enhanced performance
āœ…increased energy.

Ready to unlock your body’s potential?

I love hearing from my clients when we’ve finished working together.

This fabulous lady also remembered her WORTH and has made the decision to leave her job, to do the work she loves.

We breathe around 25,000 times a day…it’s the number one priority for survival.

Surely that is reason enough to make sure we are breathing correctly.

Yet, we continue to underestimate the impact it has on our health and well-being.

Get it right and it can have a huge effect on your fitness, rehabilitation and mental health.

The diaphragm is the main breathing muscle. It’s the muscle that makes your tummy rise when you breathe in.

Most people don’t use their diaphragm effectively and actually breathe into the back and side of the chest or their upper chest and neck - our accessory breathing structures.

This leads to poor health as well as reduced physical and mental performance. It also contributes to chronic stress and anxiety.

Breathing is the foundation of movement!

When we breathe incorrectly…we move incorrectly.

This means the body must adapt its movement patterns, resulting in pain, overload and injury.

All these factors reduce performance and influence how we experience life.

Want to know the scariest part?...most of us have no idea this is happening to us.

It feels normal, because we don’t know what we don’t know.

Activate you diaphragm, find your breath.

Are you ready to finally say goodbye to ongoing pain or that niggling injury that just won’t go away?

šŸ›‘ Don’t wait any longer!

šŸ‘ If you’re willing to take the first step to work with me, I can help you get the long-lasting results you’ve been looking for.

Typically, within 6 weeks my clients describe feeling stronger and lighter when they move, reduced pain, improved posture, better sleep, less stress and more resilient.

Which of these do you want to feel?

Root cause matters most.

Focussing only on the presenting symptoms is just plastering over the cracks.

Progress will be limited and long lasting results more difficult.

A tailored, whole body approach including the influence of the mind is what’s needed to find the true cause of the problem.

Are you sitting down all day? spending hours at your desk and the only energy you have left is to sit on the sofa watching telly when you get home?

I get it and absolutely no judgement from me.

But here’s the thing…our bodies are designed to move and the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle are well documented.

A recent study of 12,000 people in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found just 22 minutes a day of moderate to vigorous activity may provide an antidote.

So get out for a brisk walk this lunchtime, your body šŸ«€and brain 🧠 will thank you for it!

This picture captures how I’m feeling today!

Yesterday I spent the day with a colleague having my own treatment.

I had the biggest transformation in my breathing and movement that I’ve ever had in the past 2 years of doing my work.

šŸ’« stronger
šŸ’« taller
šŸ’« great posture
šŸ’« ache free movement
šŸ’« calm & relaxed
šŸ’« better sleep

All achieved using the same unique techniques I use with my clients.

As you can see the results are powerful and I’ve woken up this morning feeling incredible, full of excitement and energy for the week ahead…

That’s not the only reason for doing it though.
The more I look after myself, the easier it is for me to look after YOU as my clients, which means you have a great results too.

Today I invite you to make a little time for you and do something that makes you feel good, no matter how small.

Let me know in the comments what it is šŸ¦‹
