You tick every box
You show up, you achieve, you hold it all together
From the outside, it looks like you’ve got it all sorted.

But inside?

It’s not therapy. It’s not mindset work. So what is Trauma Informed Nervous System Coachingā„¢ļø?

You know that version of you that gets through the day…but feels tight, tired or just slightly disconnected?

That’s your nervous system talking.

Trauma Informed Nervous System Coachingā„¢ļø is about learning to notice what’s happening underneath your thoughts - in your body, in your breath, in the way you brace or freeze or shut down when life gets loud.

It’s not about fixing you.
It’s about making space to feel what never felt safe to feel before.

Grief. Anger. Shame
Even joy.

This is slowing it down work. Safe work.
The kind of work that doesn’t demand more from you - but gives you more room inside yourself.

šŸ’ŖThis limits oxygen intake, which fuels 90% of our energy!

In my work, we always start by optimising breathing and it makes a HUGE difference for clients.

They experience better sleep, movement, and reduced pain!

We breathe around 25,000 times a day…it’s the number one priority for survival.

Surely that is reason enough to make sure we are breathing correctly.

Yet, we continue to underestimate the impact it has on our health and well-being.

Get it right and it can have a huge effect on your fitness, rehabilitation and mental health.

The diaphragm is the main breathing muscle. It’s the muscle that makes your tummy rise when you breathe in.

Most people don’t use their diaphragm effectively and actually breathe into the back and side of the chest or their upper chest and neck - our accessory breathing structures.

This leads to poor health as well as reduced physical and mental performance. It also contributes to chronic stress and anxiety.

Breathing is the foundation of movement!

When we breathe incorrectly…we move incorrectly.

This means the body must adapt its movement patterns, resulting in pain, overload and injury.

All these factors reduce performance and influence how we experience life.

Want to know the scariest part?...most of us have no idea this is happening to us.

It feels normal, because we don’t know what we don’t know.

Activate you diaphragm, find your breath.
