This afternoon Helena Jane Classes & Coaching came in with her silver swans to dance the nutcracker also Helena has been giving some of the residents classes and they performed their own seated ballet dance. Everyone enjoyed participating. And some of the residents came to watch.A lovely afternoon was had by all.

Today some of the residents enjoyed a walk around Webbs Garden Centres and were chatting about how things have changed over the years.

This afternoon some of the residents went to the Atrix theater to watch Treasure Island the Christmas Panto and what a lovely time we all had (oh yes we did).

This morning the Beavers from came to vist and the residents helped them with there world challenge badge (Creative Activities) where the residents helped them write a letter to Santa then songs were sang with the Beavers doing it in sign language. The Beavers were then given a small gift from the residents.

We had a great morning visiting the Bromsgrove library for the uke & sing festive performance.

Thank you John for coming and singing Christmas Carol's and getting us in to the spirt of Christmas. Today the Elfs got up to mischief and joined the residents with activities

Chandler Court had the pleasure of presenting a cheque donation to Re-engage Charity in Redditch & Bromsgrove today.
We had a lovely afternoon tea with the group.
Re-engage is the only UK charity dedicated to ending loneliness for people aged 75 and over.
Over tea or on the phone or in small groups, what begins as a chat often becomes a lifeline.
