🎄 Day 8 – Enabler Advent Calendar 🎄

Today we give thanks to Birmingham County FA: Women & Girls Football Development Officer and everyone at the Birmingham County FA for their ongoing support and encouragement.

After a busy weekend of football, we also extend our gratitude to both the Mercian Junior Football League and the Central Warwickshire Football League. Their continued dedication makes it possible for our squads to enjoy the game week after week.

👏 Thank you for helping us keep the spirit of football alive in our community!

Huge thank you to Laser Conflict for hosting our u10 & u12s. A brilliant event and they all had a fantastic time. So good!!

What a massive epic battle that was,well done to the blue team but overall the red team prevailed and took the victory.

Player of the Match awards 🏆
The weather stopped a few of our games this weekend but we still managed six across our teams and there was some incredible football, amazing goals and late drama. Six players were just that little more impressive this weekend and deserved their POTM trophy!

Jude - U8 Jaguars
His awareness for space is second to none, as well as his speed up and down the pitch when going from attack to defence was flawless.

Charlie - U9 Lions
An epic game and every member of the Lions played amazingly. Charlie was fantastic in goal, putting his body on the line time and again.

Harvey - U9 Flamingos
On a boggy pitch, Harvey never stopped running and led the line brilliantly with speed and close control. At times looked like prime Ruud Van Nistelrooy and even had the referee complimenting him at the end of the game.

Alfie - U9 Dragons
Alfie gave everything in our Dragons match today. He played with real determination, made tackle after tackle and put in some wicked crosses. He typified the Unity spirit, refusing to give in and playing for his teammates.

Louis - U11 Bengals
Louis put in a great performance and showed bright sparks with his dribbling on a difficult pitch.

Evan - U16s
Evan was our engine in our midfield. He showed great athleticism and never stopped running.

Both teams play their matches on Saturdays, and we’d love to welcome new players to join the fun, make friends, and be part of our growing community.
