You may notice I don’t regularly share dramatic before & after images.

There are several reasons for this.

Real life isn’t always perfect. Lighting, angles, facial expression and posture can all influence how a result appears on camera. Whilst before & after images can be helpful, my intention is never to shock or create unrealistic expectations especially as my work is often subtle and refinement-focused.

More importantly, patient discretion is key and always respected.

A photograph only ever shows part of the picture. It doesn’t show:

• The in-depth consultation
• The assessment of suitability
• The discussion around treatment options
• Why a specific approach was chosen
• Or the clinical considerations taken to ensure safety

Thread treatments like all aesthetic procedures require careful planning, advanced anatomical knowledge and a personalised approach.

Prioritising patient safety will always be my number one focus.
