I’ve been hiding 🙈

You know when something feels so easy it’s like slipping on a pair of comfy slippers?

That’s how I feel about teaching face to face again. 💖

I used to teach exercise classes full time pre covid but like many others I lost all my classes in the pandemic when the gyms closed 🥲

At the time I was also completing my Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotheraputic Counselling so apart from 1 online pilates class per week I let this part of my life slip away

I pushed down the “fitness” side of me for a long time as I wanted to be taken seriously as a therapist but I’ve realised that it’s too big a part of me and why would I want to push it away?

We are never just one thing AND of course you can never separate the mind and body so actually the fitness Claire and the hypnotherapist Claire sit happily side by side and by embracing all of me I can support you in an incredibly powerful way

Originally this page was just to advertise my classes but it has evolved over time to become so much more.

I want to motivate and inspire people to exercise, eat healthily and look after themselves and each other.

I am happy to answer any questions, take any requests and generally help with any fitness and health queries.
