We had so much fun in class and the last pic is from our Xmas get together 💕

I can’t wait to start again on Thursday and build up this community feel again with some new people and some of the past people too

Face to face Fitness Pilates in Bromsgrove 🎯

I’m so excited to let you know that I’m starting a brand new in person 😱 Fitness Pilates class beginning on Thursday 18th September 8-9pm 🙌🏻

I taught regular classes in the community for years before Covid happened and brought them all to an abrupt end 😔

Of course I’ve been running Pilates online for the last 5 years but I’ve finally decided to go back face to face (while keeping the online going too)

I’ve been so lucky to have a committed gorgeous crew of online participants but nothing really beats the feeling of being in front of people and being able to walk around the room, checking technique and making sure everyone is ok.

I love the banter when I’m encouraging them to do a more challenging move and the chats before and after class and seeing friendships form ❤️

Fitness pilates is such a great way to move your body, to strengthen and tone your muscles, improve your posture and honestly if you’ve had a stressful day I promise that by the end of the class you will leave feeling amazing

I want to motivate and inspire people to exercise, eat healthily and look after themselves and each other.

I am happy to answer any questions, take any requests and generally help with any fitness and health queries.
