I used to eat cooking chocolate if there was nothing else 😱
Honestly my sugar cravings used to be off the scale. I had to have something every day (usually around 3/4pm)
Now I don’t have them at all. I still eat sugar don’t get me wrong but I’m not controlled by cravings.

Curbing sugar cravings is what I get asked about the most so here are my tips 👌🏻
1️⃣ Eat protein at every meal
Protein keeps you fuller for longer and helps stabilise your blood sugar, so you’re not reaching for quick‑fix sweets later.
2️⃣ Eat 3 balanced meals
Regular, well‑rounded meals stop the energy dips that trigger cravings. Think protein, fibre & healthy fats.
3️⃣ Don’t ban sugar 💯
Restriction fuels cravings. Allowing treats mindfully takes away the “all or nothing” cycle and helps you stay in control.
Getting the basics right can be so effective so if you’re stuck in a sugar haze try these ⬆️
