I cut the cords of the harsh words and unfair actions of others.
I return my energy to me, cleansed and purified.
I face the remainder of the year looking forward with hope, not back with sadness.

Please share and do what you can to support this amazing charity, the way they have been treated is utterly heartless and I'm genuinely shocked to my core that good people can be treated in this hideous manner, this can't be right!
I've known Susie Gessey for many years as my Rekki Master and good friend, I've been a part of fundraising events for those beautiful horses running stalls and sharing events, and last year my eldest son Alec had his birthday celebrations at The Healing Horse Sanctuary so this is incredibly close to my heart and I'm devastated for them all 💔 who could do this?? Just shameless! Let's do all we can to highlight this awful situation 💔🙏💔

Anyone else feel the need to purchase emotional support plants after school drop off today??? First day at Special School for my gorgeous Alibops, a tough morning but we made it in and I'm so proud of both of my beautiful boys today, Evan you looked so grown up and helped your brother so much today, superstar 💗
Going to finish this coffee and pot up these new additions, still have a couple that need repotting from my purchases from 🤦🏼‍♀️ but at least it'll keep my mind and hands busy today 💗🌱🪴🌿 if you are a parent or carer or a child with a disability or life limiting or life changing illness too, don't forget my FREE support group Kindred Spirits: Uniting Parents in Need runs every week, we are not alone!
