After qualifying as a mental health first aider, today I did my first Mindfulness Workshop at work.... 153 attendees!
This was across the company, including employees from Europe and America.
Such a fantastic response!
I'm a more 'in person' person, so to do a workshop over teams was interesting!
My Son helped me with a power point presentation which helped immensely!
This is now going to be on a monthly basis.... so I am now known throughout the company as the Accountant/Witch/Energy healer/ mental health first aider/mindfulness guide! That's some job title!! Lol
A good, positive, rewarding day.
