Formerly known as Adrian Kriss and Associate, JKH Healthcare Podiatry is a well-respected Midlands based podiatry practice with a patient base of over 3,000. James has clinical experience of treating all forms of foot ailments from verrucae and nail infections to corns and bio-mechanical problems. Although James has a broad podiatry practice and a range of qualifications, the main focus of his practice is treatment of fungal nail infections and verrucae with lasers, together with ingrown toenail surgery and verrucae curretage.

👣 Cause: Corns = pressure/friction | Verrucae = viral infection
👀 Look: Corns = hard yellow skin | Verrucae = black dots, rough surface
😣 Pain: Corns hurt when pressed | Verrucae hurt when squeezed from the sides
🦠 Spread: Corns are not contagious | Verrucae can spread in pools, gyms & showers
