We have a very special launch class at Slug & Lettuce Bromsgrove on Wednesday 22nd January at 6.30pm - more detail and info on how to book coming soon 🤠

We will also be holding a Country Fit class at The Wellbeing Tree on Saturday 18th January as part of our Yoga, Pilates and Meditation Open Day (timetable shown below).

Country Fit®️ brings together laughter, fitness and organised chaos!

Remember the Barn Dance days? When everyone went the wrong way?

Country Fit brings together in one class: Barn Dancing, Country Dancing, Line Dancing, Scottish Dancing and more to fun, upbeat toe tapping music.

Group dances and line dances make this a unique enjoyable class for everyone regardless of age or ability!

Laughter is encouraged, tissues are provided.

Workout without realising you are working out. The class that will leave you feeling happy and giggling all day.

Also available for parties, functions and fundraising events 🤠
