Country Fit®️ brings together laughter, fitness and organised chaos!

Remember the Barn Dance days? When everyone went the wrong way?

Country Fit brings together in one class: Barn Dancing, Country Dancing, Line Dancing, Scottish Dancing and more to fun, upbeat toe tapping music.

Group dances and line dances make this a unique enjoyable class for everyone regardless of age or ability!

Laughter is encouraged, tissues are provided.

Workout without realising you are working out. The class that will leave you feeling happy and giggling all day.
