Looking for a gentle way to move, relax, and support your wellbeing? Our Seated Yoga classes are suitable for all abilities, including beginners, people recovering from injury, those with limited mobility or anyone wanting to try low-impact movement.
Each session includes gentle seated exercises, mindfulness, and breathwork to help improve flexibility, posture, balance, and overall wellbeing.
