A huge thank you to everyone who attended today's final class. We ended on a high with meditation, mantra,yoga nidra, coffee and cake! Lots of hugs, tears , laughter and so much love in the room!
I am so very proud of the yoga community that has grown around all my classes over the last 22 years, friendships, connection and support are all there.
Thank you all for your dedication to your practice 🙏

Dear Yoga Friends
Many of you are aware of my new plans, after 22 years of teaching yoga in Bromsgrove I am stepping back from teaching full time to focus on a new project.
I wanted to thank Everyone who has attended classes, workshops and retreats for their participation and enthusiasm.
There are also nearly 1000 yoga babies in Bromsgrove some of whom are now 18!
The website has now changed to : savitriyoga.co.uk
You can still access for support and updates about next year's retreat and plans.

A HUGE Thank You to everyone who attended and donated for my annual Charity Fundraising event for Bromsgrove Basement Project and British Heart Foundation.
We had a great turnout on the day, sharing a morning of uplifting practice, coming together in peace and harmony; to share,to experience,to eat delicious homemade cake, meeting old friends and making new ones .
Kelly from the Basement Project gave a small run down on some of the projects they have been running throughout the year, having supported so many young adults across Worcestershire to find accommodation, stability and safety. We donated any unopened cakes to the food bank.
As always,it is about connection and in a world of turmoil we were able to find hope.
We have a brilliant total of £1213.75!!!
£1,073.75 will go to the
Basement Project and £140 to British Heart Foundation 🧡
Thank you Again to Everyone for supporting me in this venture which is now in it's 10th year.

Gratitude and blessings for an amazing day spent celebrating with my Guruji Swami Nischalananda on his 80th birthday.
His wisdom, light and guidance over the years to so many people was evident yesterday, as we came together to honour him and his gift to the world of Mandala Yoga Ashram.
We also listened to a wonderful concert by Rajesh David, so full of love!!!

It's that time of year again where we gather to celebrate our year of Yoga together whilst raising money for The Basement Project, Bromsgrove. A local charity that supports vulnerable young people who are homeless or in difficulties.
It is so satisfying to know that ALL the money raised goes directly to them. Any cash on the day will be donated to the British Heart Foundation.
So come along, bring your friends and your usual yoga gear. There will of course be tea and cake afterwards!

Learn the art of Kriya Yoga.
Deep chakra meditation, leading to spiritual awakening, transformation and self discovery.
Every other Thursday beginning from June 5,
7-8pm
Savitriyoga studio Bromsgrove.
You need at least 2 years of yoga practice, a knowledge of chakra philosophy, be familiar with Pranayama, mudras and bandhas.
This is a practice of discipline ,it takes courage to go deeper, but the rewards allow you to step in to your most authentic self, pure bliss and happiness 💜💜💜
