Following a very successful 18 year career within the care and education sector, where the last 8 years have involved owning and running my own childcare facility. I have decided that 2020 was the year to set this part of my career to the side and follow my heart into the area of mental health and children's well-being. This is an area I studied at great length during the completion of my Masters Degree at Queen University in 2016 and have studied further over the years that followed. Now as a fully qualified reflexologist my aim is to help restore balance and well-being in the lives of those who require a little additional support. Alongside my Diploma in Reflexology, I have also qualified in Advanced Reflexology, Reflexology with Special Needs and also Mental Health and Well-Being Reflexology. My treatments work with holistic practices, looking at the body as whole, supporting and promoting good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle in addition to supporting physical and mental well-being. This gentle therapy may bring relief from a wide range of both acute and chronic conditions. Reflexology has been shown to reduce stress and induce relaxation, improving circulation of both blood and lympth, providing a more efficient removal of toxins and impurities, allowing the body to balance itself, revitalise energy and strengthen the immune system. I work on a 1-1 client-bases within the Fivemiletown area. Please feel free to give me a call to discuss any aspects of reflexology or any specific issues that you may have, where you feel reflexology may be able to help you. Most Recent Qualifications held:
