A year ago today I ran the London Marathon to support our good friend Martyn who was in hospital battling Leukaemia. Martyn heartbreakingly lost that battle just 2 months later......
On Sunday, Martyn’s gorgeous wife Charlie and I will be running the Royal Parks half marathon in his memory, and with him by our side, raising more valuable funds for research and treatments against this awful disease.
I will also be running for those close to my heart that have lost to other cancers, and giving love and hope to those still fighting.

Calling all Ladies! In support of Farleigh hospice, come and join us for a fabulous ladies night @ Broomfield Football Club, on Friday 12th May.
Capacity is limited and tickets are selling, so don't miss out! 👗 🥂
Ticket gives you a glass of fizz on arrival and exclusive access to our selection of stunning pre loved dresses suitable for all occasions such as weddings, ladies day at the races, summer holidays or casual. Some beautiful Prom style dresses, some designer dresses and many with labels never worn! All for £5 - £10 (£20 prom)
Incredible raffle prizes too, ranging from dinner out, beauty treatments, fitness training, gym classes, house cleans, champagne!! 🍾 and many more!

So two weeks yesterday it will all be done! A year of marathon training, and two marathons in the bank! Brighton Marathon all finished! And my fantastic brother in law Dave will have run Brighton just a week after turning 60! Amazing 👏 no easy feat for both of us!!
Your support and recognition of our hard work training and running is so appreciated and goes to support Leukaemia UK in memory of Martyn Guest 💔 and Farleigh hospice for the incredible work they do.

Classes are still running tonight. The carpark has been gritted, just the corner by the play area very slushy so perhaps avoid, and take care on the footpath to the Pavilion.
Don't forget festive drinks at the Angel after classes tonight and Thursday 🎄🥂 ❄
