Yoga Up North Amanda Yoga Up North is a Community Interest Company, our aim is to bring back community into our communities. To redefine the business model.

To share and re-educate in the principles of wellness through the practices of Yoga. We offer Hall classes, Live Online classes, 1:1's to support and deepen practice and Yoga Up North's very own Therapy...we offer all of the above to individuals, couples, families and groups. Everything we do is bespoke, tailored to the needs of the students. Everyone is welcome, no matter their age, gender, ability or socio-economic situation. Our pricing is based on level of training and delivery, If you invest in us we invest in you. Much work goes on behind the scenes before and after classes, workshops and Therapies. Founder Amanda MacRae coming from working class roots aims to support those in weaker financial situations never wishing for financial barriers to prohibit access hence we offer financially assisted places through out. Understanding Yoga is a 'Practice' that takes you on an inner and outer journey
