PHONE ISSUES - THURSDAY 24TH JULY

We are encountering network issues with our phones both in Brora and Helmsdale. Engineers are working on this and hopefully the problem will be rectified soon.

***SERIOUS IT PROBLEM***

Our IT system has failed this morning and we are unable to access the medical system in both sites. NHS Highland are working on this urgently. Please bear with us and hopefully we will be up and running soon 🫰

We are incredibly disappointed to report that a whole tank of heating oil has been stolen from the Helmsdale surgery. Police Scotland have been informed and will be making enquiries. If anyone saw anything suspicious over the past few days, please let the surgery know and we will forward the information on to Police Scotland.

**UPDATE - ALL WORKS COMPLETED - IT SYSTEM BACK UP & RUNNING**

NHS Highland are carrying out essential IT maintenance to our computer system at 1pm today. This means we will have no access to computers whilst this is being worked on. We have been advised this should take approximately an hour so please bear with us during this time. Thank you.
