It's been a tough few days for us both but we're finally together in the same ward.

After a long labour followed by an emergency c section;

Jaxson was born on

Saturday 19th August 2023 at 3.55am
Weighing 6.85 pounds
2 weeks early (just like Mummy predicted!)

I totally got the s*x guess wrong mind but absolutely besotted by this beautiful boy ✨️

Hopefully not too long till we can both come home and getting settled into our new house.
And Charlie Boy gets to find out he's officially a big brother 🐾

My gorgeous Charlie Boy 🐾 is now a Dad of 8 beautiful spaniel puppies. They're all doing amazing, and growing strong at just 4 weeks old. Sandy the mother is Charlie's play mate and has such a kind temperament just like Charlie. They're perfect family dogs and will only be allowed to go to caring loving homes.
The puppies are currently living in London but in 4 weeks will be coming back to Hull

FALSE! This is 100% false! Massages have many benefits, but inflicting pain isn't one of them.
Pain is the tool the body uses to tell you to stop what you are doing and pay attention to what is causing it. If we are delivering a massage that is uncomfortably deep this causes the surrounding soft tissue to tighten up, which is exactly the opposite of what a massage aims to do.
Of course, sometimes when massaging a particularly stiff area it might be more uncomfortable but some methods will help us to navigate this situation, it is not barreling through the tissue telling our clients that "pain is good for you"! Being too rough with muscles can actually damage them, which is counter-productive to the healing process.
