It’s Chinese Year of the Wood Dragon! In Chinese astrology, the combination of a certain element with a certain animal happens only once every 60 years, so 1964 was the last time this combination occurred. Wood Dragons are naturally charismatic, gifted, confident and ambitious so it’s a special year for them, but for all of us 2024 could be a year where we plant the seeds to fulfil our dreams and start to think about what we value - what we want from life. I work in two great clinics - one at Orchard Medical Practice in Broughton Astley and another called Cycles of Change, which now has a new home!

Over the past four days Cycles of Change Acupuncture has moved to Hoton - just a stones throw from Barrow Upon Soar and close to Prestwold Hall. It's been a labour of love by the whole team creating this beautiful healing space for everyone. Come and visit!
