Step into a day at our Bagworth café through a trainees eyes — from taking his first order confidently, to practising safe food prep, to smiling as he completes a cash transaction. Hands-on coaching helps him master food safety, cash handling and teamwork, building routines that lead toward supported employment and greater independence.

At Forever Savvy we break big tasks into clear, achievable steps so learning feels doable and rewarding. Recently, we used task analysis, visual prompts and coached repetition during a grooming session with a young learner who initially missed steps. By showing each step with a picture card, modelling the action, and practising, they moved from needing full assistance to independently completing 4 of 6 grooming steps.

Families see measurable progress: increased confidence, reduced anxiety, and skills that generalise to home routines.

We map clear, realistic employment pathways so your family can see what comes next. Since 2011 we’ve been turning hands-on learning into real opportunities. Our equestrian centre on Cottage Lane, Broughton Astley gave participants 25 hours of practical experience per week, helped practise land maintenance and animal care.

Forever Savvy offers vocational training and support for adults with learning disabilities. Our aim is to make life more meaningful for people with a learning disability. We provide outdoor education centres and a café setting with the sole aim of helping people to take their first steps towards employment. Our community projects enable people to work with animals, on the land, or within our very own Tea & Coffee Shop. Based within a safe environment, we give people the opportunity to learn new life and work skills, and to achieve a healthy emotional and physical balance in their lives.

All of our centres are currently closed due to the COVID-19 lockdown, but does that stop us? OH NO, we’re are fighters, we are innovative, we are life long learners and positive thinkers.

The Forever Savvy Team will keep on supporting our trainees and to ensure they stay fit and healthy and their mental state remains in tacked whilst they remain safely in their homes. We are taking our support services online on this newly dedicated page..
