The residents requested to have a Christmas tree 🎄 in their bedroom aswell x thank you to everyone who donated a tree or decorations to make this possible for our residents 😀 we also have wooden Christmas tree's 🎄 for sale (only 2 left now)

As you are aware we are decorating inside the doors have been done ✔️ residents choice as always xx we were going to be decorating the entrance and stairs next but some of our residents have asked for their rooms to be done so as you know our residents are priority . Sorry there is no before but this is after x this particular resident absolutely loves owls so that is what she got and she absolutely loves ❤️ it x the new flooring just finished it off nicely 😀 xx

Now summer is over we are back to interior decorating x our Dave has been busy painting the residents doors 🚪x as you know we are all about personal centered care at carseld so the residents chose the colours they wanted for their room doors 🚪 the photos don't do some of the colours justice but you will get the idea 😀 xx
