This morning one of my Broughton Nutrition Club ladies and now dear friend spent the morning making Easter cupcakes with my two girls ❀️

This is exactly why I started this community. It was never just about nutrition goals and wellness checks

It's THIS. Women becoming friends. Real friends. The kind that show up on a Saturday morning with flour and sprinkles for your kids. πŸ’œ

Can we just talk about how grim it is outside today 😩☁️

Cold, grey, threatening rain… basically just a normal Wednesday in the UK - from reports around the UK from family and friends it's miserable everywhere today

And honestly? The weather is ALLOWED to be inconsistent. That's fine.
But your habits? Different story

Small wins. Stacked daily. That's it. Drink your protein shake. Move your body. Go to bed a bit earlier. Nothing dramatic.
Do it long enough and it stops feeling like effort β€” it just becomes what you do. Part of who you are.
The weather will always let you down. You don't have to let yourself down.
Come down April 1st next Wednesday if you want to start building something that actually sticks. πŸ’ͺ

Someone asked me this week why people quit habits that make them feel better

And honestly? It broke my heart a little......

Because I've seen it. Someone starts feeling good, life gets busy, they stop β€” and then they're back at square one wondering why they're exhausted again and they punish themselves further but quitting completely

That's exactly why I started Nutrition Club

Not to sell products (although yes, we use Herbalife and it's genuinely changed how I feel every single day)

But to create a space where people stay consistent because they're not doing it alone

We meet on Wednesday evenings at Broughton Memorial Hall. We talk about energy, hydration, protein β€” the basics that most of us were never actually taught

And we show up for each other we discuss lifestyle routines and more
