Mid-back pain (sometimes called thoracic spine pain) is increasingly more common in today’s world of working from home, desk working, smartphones usage and driving where movement is reduced.

While it may not get as much attention as lower back or neck pain, discomfort in the mid-back can significantly impact posture, breathing, movement, and overall health.

Common causes of mid-back pain include:

🔵 Poor posture and prolonged sitting.
🔵 Repetitive movements or lifting.
🔵 Reduced spinal mobility.
🔵 Muscular tension and imbalance.
🔵 Previous injuries or trauma.
🔵 Stress and shallow breathing patterns.

When the joints in the mid-back become restricted or muscles become overworked, pain and stiffness often follow.

Leg Length Difference🦵🏼

Did you know one leg can appear shorter than the other? 🤯

Sometimes this happens because of pelvic rotation, muscle imbalances, or joint restrictions that cause one side of the body to sit higher or tighter than the other.
