From vibrant themed BBQs to joyful garden parties, our residents had a wonderful time surrounded by friends, family, and sunshine. ❤️

What a lovely afternoon! ☀️

A few of our wonderful residents from Broxbourne Nursing Home enjoyed a special trip to the street cinema in Waltham Cross to watch “The Wicked Witch.” 🎬🍿

Sharing the experience with children and young people from the community brought smiles all around. Barbara said she felt young again, especially while enjoying a delicious vanilla ice cream! 🍦💬

The outing didn’t stop there as residents also had the chance to shop for biscuits and fresh fruit, enjoying the simple joy of choosing their own treats. 🛍️🍎🍪

Moments like these are what community and connection are all about. 💛

Broxbourne Nursing Home enjoyed another inspiring seaside day out in Southend last week! ☀️🌊

Blessed with beautiful weather, our residents soaked up the sunshine, relaxed by the coast, and indulged in all the seaside favourites like ice cream, refreshing drinks, and of course, delicious fish and chips. 🍦🍟🥤

A perfect day filled with smiles, fresh sea air, and cherished memories! 💙

Happy Birthday Martin!🥳

Martin joyfully celebrated his 84th birthday surrounded by his loving children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, along with our wonderful residents and dedicated staff. 🎈
The air was filled with heartfelt greetings and uplifting songs, creating a warm atmosphere with delightful refreshments and a delicious cake!🎂

Last week, our residents from Broxbourne Nursing Home enjoyed a truly uplifting afternoon at St Cuthbert's Church , thanks to the Community Group and the wonderful support of Alzheimer's UK. 💙

A talented comedian had everyone in stitches, filling the room with joy and laughter. It was heartwarming to see our residents connect with others, form new friendships, and create such special memories. 🌟😊

Residents and Kathleen’s family came together to mark her 89th birthday, filling the room with joy and warmth. The celebration was made even more special with the sounds of Kathleen’s favourite Irish tunes and Stevie Wonder classics echoing through the air. 🎶

A delicious chocolate cake, served with tea and coffee, added the perfect sweet touch to a truly heartwarming day. 🍰☕💚

This week, residents at Broxbourne Nursing Home gathered for an uplifting bingo game 🎱

A couple of families came together to support their loved ones, creating a warm atmosphere.

We celebrated three winners: Sheila achieved 1st place, Catherine proudly took 2nd place, and John, with his grandson by his side, claimed 3rd🥉.

The session ended with the joy of sharing presents 🎁, refreshments, chocolate, and cake.
