Our residents and staff from Broxbourne Nursing Home had a fabulous day visiting Van Hage Garden Centre! 🎄✨

They enjoyed exploring the Christmas decorations, doing a spot of shopping, and picking out presents. 🛍️

The day was made even sweeter by freshly baked doughnuts, which everyone relished! 🍩

A truly delightful outing filled with festive cheer and happy memories. 💖

We were delighted to welcome students from The John Warner School , who organised an energetic baking session alongside a lively arts-and-crafts Christmas card-making activity. Our residents joined in enthusiastically and loved every moment!

Adding even more festive cheer, some of the students treated us to beautifully recited poems and joyful Christmas carols 🎶🎄
The celebration was truly overflowing with fun, laughter, and festive gift exchanges 🎁❤️

A huge thank you to the students for bringing so much joy and Christmas spirit to our home!

Broxbourne Nursing Home welcomed the 1st day of December with true Christmas spirit 🎄✨ thanks to a beautiful performance by the U3A Choir. Their 25 voices filled the home with festive cheer, and our residents enjoyed every moment — from singing along to gently humming the carols. 🤶🎶

Families and visitors joined in the joy, and we ended the afternoon with mulled wine, mince pies, tea, and coffee. A perfect start to the season! ❤️
