Lots of empty boxes left over after Christmas? 📦️

Don't put them in the recycling just yet! A simple box is perfect for creative play, it will be transformed by your child's imagination! It could become a:

🤖Robot
🚗Car
🚀Spaceship
🏡House
⭐Absolutely anything your child can imagine!

If you have a large box you could use it to make a winter photobooth; simply cut out a head hole in the side of the box and then decorate the outside, you could paint it like a snowman or Santa and then pop your head in and take a photo!

We hope your child has lots of fun letting their imagination run wild and creating all sorts of fun things with the left over cardboard this Boxing Day!

NHS guidelines recommend introducing solid foods to your baby at around 6 months. Join us when your baby is 4-6 months to get to know the signs that your baby is ready for solid food and receive information in line with NHS guidelines. This session runs both face-to-face and online. Booking via Eventbrite is essential.

👶 Looking to weigh your baby? 💖

Our Self Weigh Stations are a great way to check your baby’s weight and get support from trained staff on various health and parenting topics.

We offer two ways to weigh your baby:
1️⃣ Book an appointment via Eventbrite (bring your ticket for bookable sessions)
2️⃣ Drop in at specific times (see our What’s On page here: https://buff.ly/3VwKtsT)

Check your baby’s progress at 16 weeks, 20 weeks, 8 months, and 12 months. If your baby is outside of these key touchpoints or you have any concerns, contact your health visitor on 0300 123 7572.

Tip: Don’t forget to bring a thin blanket or baby mat for the scales. ⚖️
