Hi everyone my name is Emma. Earlier this year I sadly lost my sister to su***de. In my area and throughout the United Kingdom there is a real shortage of mental health support services, the aim of this page is to create a platform for anyone who is struggling as a result of any sort of mental health issue. Enabling people to talk, share experiences and feel supported 💕 Going forward and into next year I hope to be able to set up some face to face support services that will involve regular meet ups and events such as coffee mornings, meditation techniques, art workshops and lots more!! Please share with all of your friends and family. You’re not alone, let’s talk!
