Donna Dunbar Forest Therapy Forest Therapy Practitioner Like many people I am affected by the fast pace of life and the amount of time spent indoors plugged in to the digital world.

After years of practising nature connection and noticing the benefits I made a decision to build a more meaningful life and trained in Counselling Skills, First Aid for Mental Health and Forest Therapy. I am an advocate for nature connection as a pillar of wellness. My aim is to bring Forest Therapy to our community by facilitating sessions that can be attended by everyone. I am kind, compassionat
