Hi Everyone! We wanted to let you know that we have finished the last bit of our house which is on the ground floor. We are delighted that we now have a beautiful, self-contained flat that is available to book for a holiday or bespoke retreat. It has 1 double bedroom, a sofa bed, huge kitchen/living room with wood burner, it's own bathroom and space for camping if you want to come with a few friends. There are views, chickens, visiting lambs, veggie garden, a fairy dell, a 12C church, access to The Newt and many more local attractions.

Well, while I'm here ...... I'm in the middle of writing a mailshot because Fran also went on a retreat recently (it's a hard life obviously!) so I'll be sending out more info on both retreats soon. Fran went to Combe Grove Manor which has changed hugely since we ran a retreat there. It's based around functional medicine so perfect for people who want a full overview of their metabolic health. You'll be fed delicious food and it's also in a very beautiful place. It's a very good retreat for getting to the bottom of a physical problem especially pre-diabetes or hormone issues - it's a full metabolic reset. More info soon x x x

Hi Everyone, I know it's been ages but I am excited and wanted to share this with you.

I've just come back from a wonderful weeks juice fast with Jiva Healing. Jiva is run by the gorgeous Rebecca Andrist who is a Nutritionist and all round health encyclopedia! She has been running retreats for 20 years all over the world but, for now, it's mainly Devon, the Cotswolds and Turkey!

It's a very simple and effective programme with two yoga sessions, juices, enemas and one health talk a day. This gives lots of time to relax, rest, enjoy the sauna, pool and the mind blowingly beautiful house in Devon. Obviously, if you go to her retreat in Turkey it would be the beach and sea all the way!!

She's running a creative cookery and yoga course in the Cotswolds in a gorgeous house on the edge of a nature reserve from 14 - 16 of July (ie soon) - prices start at £380 and is amazing value. All info can be found here www.jivahealing.com
The food we had on the retreat was delicious so I highly recommend it.
