Maitri House is non-denominational and open to everyone. The communal space can be rented out for events, community groups, individuals, and profess

ionals. If you have a group, are planning to set up a group / activity or an event and are looking for a place to meet up, please feel free to contact us and visit the venue. The vision for Maitri House is to serve as a meeting place for the community and different groups as well as a platform for speakers, professionals of various aspects of wellbeing whose aim is to bring benefit and inspiration to people and the community. VENUE
The space itself offers a variety of possibilities for usage. For meetings, small conferences, events, individual treatments and groups there is:
• A small hall & stage (Yoga studio) which can be closed / opened up by a room divider according to the group size
• A treatment / therapy area
• A small lounge corner for informal meetings
• A “cafe” style setup for meetings with tables and chairs to use for groups etc


CURRENT FACILITIES
• Lounge sofa & 7 armchairs
• 9 café tables permanently on site (extra 5 available if needed)
• 18 dining chairs permanently on site (extra 40 available if needed)
• 1 kettle
• Cups, plates, cutlery for 50 people
• 5 ltr thermos flasks x 2
• Fridge
• Dishwasher
• Massage tables x 2
• Bluetooth stereo speaker
• Projector & screen available from request (with a small charge)


ROOM HIRE & BOOKINGS
The venue can be hired during the hours:
Monday to Friday 8.00 to 21.00
Saturdays 9.00 to 21.00
Sundays 9.00 to 19.00

Prices per hour:
£10 TREATMENT AREA (this includes also the yoga studio)
£10 YOGA STUDIO (this includes also the treatment area / stage) (groups up to 8)
£10 LOUNGE CORNER (can be used with the yoga studio to fit up to 15-17 people)
£10 CAFE MEETING AREA (seats about 20 people)
£10 LOUNGE CORNER
£20 BOTH LOUNGE & CAFÉ MEETING AREA WITHOUT THE YOGA STUDIO
£30 WHOLE GROUNDFLOOR
