Tracey Davies Registered Childminder Services I am a childminder registered with the CIW since 1996. I am registered to look after 5 children under 8yrs old. we also use the nearby park a lot too.

Hi, I'm Tracey and i have been registered since 1996, i am dbs checked, I am registered and inspected by CSSIW, I am also a member of PACEY and have my public liability insurance through them. I have all relevant and up to date qualifications/training some are paediatric first aid, level 2 food hygiene, level 3 childcare, child protection. I do have a driving licence but don't have a car at the moment. I have a large garden with lots of outdoor toys including cars, play house, sand/water pit, balls, hoops etc. I have lots of different indoor toys to cater for all children. I do school drop off's and pick ups from different schools as long as they don't clash due to walking to all schools, also has to be Brynmawr schools due to not being able to get to any others. I have highchairs, buggies, reins/ walking straps etc so no need to struggle to bring any thing with you.

Thank you for applying for the Childcare Offer for Wales via the new online service. There is less than a week to go to ensure you receive funded childcare. Please ensure you have completed the steps below by 12 January 2023 at the latest.

You must:
- discuss and agree availability with your chosen childcare setting
- submit an Agreement online by 8th January 2023
- ensure your childcare setting approves the Agreement by 12th January 2023

If Agreements have not been created by 8 January and confirmed by 12 January, your childcare will not be funded for w/c 9 January
