St Neots Rugby Club is on the lookout for someone to keep our players fuelled at weekends. The role will mainly involve:

👉 Saturdays – preparing player meals and support snacks
👉 Sundays – serving up tasty breakfast rolls
👉 Plus, occasional club events & ad-hoc midweek work

My ......HOT NEWS...😍

I have been expanding my skillset and knowledge and can now let you all know I am an accredited Oncology Massage Therapist.

This is a recognised qualification that allows me to help patients who have and had cancer, in aid to improve their wellbeing.

It is important that if you have cancer or had cancer in the past, you see a therapist that understands, and can apply the right touch to improve your health.

I will be adding this to my business format very shortly, but if there is anything you want to ask, advice, or just want to 'chew the fat' over this disease, then please contact me. My consultations will have an initial free consultation period.

I think this will do for now on my training, for a few months at least, before I look again at developing further skillsets😊

The clinic has been going from strength to strength over the last few months and I've been asked to open up more appointments.

So.....As of the 1st April my new opening times are

Monday - 12pm to 7pm
Tuesday - 12pm to 7pm
Wednesday - 12pm to 7pm
Thursday - 10am to 4pm
Friday - CLOSED

I am on a course at the moment and 🤞I will be able to announce a new service for Body Mechanics Soft Tissue Therapy which will elevate what I am able to offer to a level not offered anywhere in Cambridgeshire.
This will add value to my general clinic with new skills and offer a service that is really sought after.....watch this space but will be worth the wait!😘

It's always really pleasing when you receive reviews.
Today I received a wonderful review from Jo who came in to see me Friday morning, where I worked on some short, long and tight muscle groups. I AM SO PLEASED that Jo went to her event, after her treatment, and achieved a PB and WON her age group.❤️💙

It demonstrates the benefit of regular soft tissue maintenance and the positives it brings into everyday life.

I can’t thank Dave enough! Today I raced the Duxford Dash 10 km, got a PB and won my age group.

Dave keeps me injury free by regular ‘maintenance’ sessions and pre race ‘tune-ups’! I went to him in the week to relieve a little tightness that has built up over the last block of my training and I floated out in readiness for the race. I highly recommend Dave to you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When an Ironman World Champion comes into my clinic, looking for the 1% margin in performance, my advanced massage skills need to be tested!! Always brilliant having Paul Lunn to make that happen!

Todays session focusing on decreasing tension in the Quadriceps, as Paul is an incredible cyclist and delivers the type of power to weight ratio of a professional athlete. Good luck this week in 70.3 Berlin.... DBS😁
