I don’t often talk about my Head Neack and Shoulder massage…. It’s the shortest treatment on my menu - but in just 30 minutes, you really can reset, lower your cortisol levels and switch off that chatter in your head.
First off you’ll be laying on your back, snuggled under a fluffy blanket and duvet. You’ll be resting on a pillow and have your knees cradled to support your spine. Gentle relaxing music and dimmed light allows you to switch off from the outside world.
I sit behind you and using beautiful aromatherapy oils, focus on your shoulders, neck and the back of your head. I tap into your breath, I sense what you are feeling and work with your tension patterns to lift away the pressure in a totally holistic way.

I never follow a set routine, I work in harmony with what you need.

This beautiful result didn’t happen over a course of 6 micro needling sessions or red light. In fact no ‘skincare’ products were used. No galvanic current, no glycolic acid - not a single beauty industry buzz word, gadget or serum went near this lady’s face.

Just pure raw ingredients and my hands. Nothing more. It’s amazing what an hour and a half of pure ingredients and complete relaxation can do.

I was fortunate enough to have a facial along with a shoulder, head and neck massage with Claire. It was absolutely wonderful! Not only did my skin feel beautifully nourished, soft, smooth and glowing but the experience was incredibly relaxing. Claire took her time and never made me feel rushed. I also love that everything she uses is natural and edible - it feels so wholesome and safe. She is extremely knowledgeable about skin care and it’s clear she’s passionate about both skin health and helping her clients feel their best. I will be back. ☺️
