I sometimes meet people who laugh nervously when I tell them what I do, followed by the phrase of “I couldn’t do Slimming World, I’d have to live off lettuce leaves” 🥬 - excuse me, but do I look like a rabbit?? 🐰😂😂

Please rest assured that whilst following our healthy eating plan Food Optimising no type of food is banned - there’s also no food you HAVE to eat either, so if you’re not a fan of a lettuce leaf, or any other type of food, there’s still 350 other unbranded foods you can choose to eat with no limitations 🤩 meaning you can enjoy a varied, tasty menu based on your preferences and dietary requirements 🥰

This is my dinner from yesterday - chicken and leek hotpot, followed by a high protein strawberry mousse. Nom nom 🤤

Wowee - well done Graham💪🏼

At his heaviest, Graham would wake up gasping for air – leaving him constantly exhausted 😴. Turning to food for comfort, he says his eating was out of control, putting him in a vicious cycle.

Ooh who else loves a classic car? 🙋🏼‍♀️

Just popped into Strawberry Fields to pick up something for my mum for Mother’s Day (and to have a cheeky coffee) and these beauties were visiting - a whole row of TR6s!!! 😍
Nice work chaps (yes, they were all chaps - they were having a coffee together 😂).

My car looks a bit out of place doesn’t she 😅

EDIT: I came out and saw the motorbike and side-car rig - it’s a Triumph kinda day 🤩
