I offer one-to-one and group Gong Sound Baths - in Buckfastleigh, Chudleigh Knighton, Nr Ashburton, Chagford or at your own venue - indoors or outdoors if weather permits. Group get togethers: friendship groups/book club/WI/U3A/club group socials

Thank you to everyone who visited the Pure Gongs stand and those who came along to the Gong Sound Bath workshop at Newton Abbot Wellbeing Show last Saturday. Your support for the event, kind words and amazing feedback afterwards is much appreciated.

It was lovely to meet everyone and chat about the the benefits of deep relaxation and rejuvenation the gongs can offer in a sound bath.

Newton Abbot Racecourse - Venue: Owners and Trainers Lounge Ground Floor Outside - Saturday 28th June

Free entry with ticket to the Newton Abbot Racecourse Wellbeing Show - all day event ticket cost £4

Immerse yourself in the relaxing and rejuvenating sounds and vibrations of the gongs: Paiste 38" symphonic, 32" Chiron (characteristics: overcoming, heroic behaviour, maverick and healing), 28" Sidereal Day (characteristics: security and stability) and 30" Platonic Year + plus 20" Paiste Symphonic affectionately known as baby gong!

Seated workshop with a limited number of yoga mats, blankets and eye pillows available for those who wish to lie down, or bring your own mat, cushion and blanket to make a comfy nest.

This is a great event with lots of stands offering wellbeing related products and services with easy access, free parking and a great cafe serving hot and cold food throughout the day so you can easily make a day of it!

Inflatable mattress, blankets and Lavender scented eye masks provided.
