Feeling gratitude for the last two weekends of working with some amazing people.

Huge thanks to everyone who came to the gong bath at the Yoga Retreat in Somerset with Louise Reynolds Yoga and Massage Therapy, the Somatic Therapeutic Yoga and Gong Sound Bath retreat morning at the peaceful Liverton Village Hall with Tony STYoga, and the Gong Sounds Baths with Alex at Nine Springs Natural Health Clinic in Yeovil. 🙏🏻

Huge thanks to Louise; it was very special and a privilege to play at your wonderful retreat, thank you to you and Ben for your care and warmth. 🙏🏻Tony for bringing a sense of peace and caring wisdom to the Liverton Somatic Therapeutic Yoga session, and to Alex for your vibrancy, sense of fun, amazing 'gonging' and, as always, unending support at Nine Springs.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the upcoming events planned for April and May and the Autumn.🧡

It was lovely to meet everyone and chat about the the benefits of deep relaxation and rejuvenation the gongs can offer in a sound bath.

Seated workshop with a limited number of yoga mats, blankets and eye pillows available for those who wish to lie down, or bring your own mat, cushion and blanket to make a comfy nest.

This is a great event with lots of stands offering wellbeing related products and services with easy access, free parking and a great cafe serving hot and cold food throughout the day so you can easily make a day of it!
