Hiya everyone, due to experiencing one or two problamatic clients recently, I am updating my policy ref my readings.
I am a medium specialising exclusively in mediumship readings conducted via WhatsApp video. My work focuses solely on connecting clients with loved ones in spirit.
I DO NOT offer fortune telling, future predictions, work with cards or answer personal life questions relating to guidance, decisions, or outcomes. If this is the type of reading you want, then please book a reading with a psychic. I do not provide this service.
All readings are donation-based, with every donation going directly to local charities. Donations MUST be made immediately following the reading via bank transfer or PayPal. I work full time and have family committments and should not have to chase people up to pay any outstanding donations.
Once your reading has been booked, I will send you a reminder on the morning of your appointment. If I DO NOT receive confirmation from you by 10:30am, I will assume you no longer wish to proceed and your appointment WILL be cancelled and the reading will not go ahead. I do all my readings on my days off and my time is precious.
Please ensure that you are in a quiet, private space free from noise or interruptions for the duration of your reading. I kindly ask that you do not book a reading during a work lunch break or within a restricted time frame, as my readings unfold organically and are not conducted to a set schedule. If there are interupions from the sitters environment that impact the flow of the reading, such as children running around, dogs barking, TV's on, etc, I will bring the reading to a close.
I approach my readings with respect, and I ask the same from those attending a reading. If I feel that myself or the process is not being respected, or that there are fixed expectations from the sitter regarding how the reading “should” work, I will bring the reading to a close. I’m not a novelty, and the readings that I provide are not a gimmick.
