Queens Court Care Home is a charming purpose built and carefully designed home where we provide Nursing, Dementia Residential and End of Life care. We promote a high quality-of-care and active lifestyle in a pleasant social atmosphere. Located over two floors, our home includes light and airy, open plan lounge/diners as well as spacious en-suite bedrooms, and a variety of communal spaces such as a bar, library, dementia-friendly garden room, hair salon, and activities room; another advantage is the home's wonderful natural surroundings, being located close to Epping Forest

We are dedicated to providing a person centred, engaging and stimulating resident focused community; where family is at the heart of everything.

Circle the shoulders round and back squeezing the shoulder blades together then circle the other way. Always warm up the shoulders before stretching the neck as the muscles are connected. Look as far to the right and left as you can then tilt the head each way too.
