This workshop is perfect for you if you are:
🔸Wondering why your abdominals don’t feel or look as strong as you feel they should
🔸Not sure if you are doing your pelvic floor exercises correctly
🔸Wondering if you are contracting your core properly
🔸Have pelvic floor issues, pain, leaking, repeated UTI’s etc
🔸Have diagnosed prolapse or symptoms of prolapse
Have unresolved back pain, hip or glute pain
🔸If you are thinking about having a baby and the impact on the pelvic floor
🔸Currently pregnant
🔸Postnatal (no matter how long ago your baby was born)
